Kitchen Tip #1 A Spoonful of Honey.

Now that the porridge season is well and truly here, I have been using golden syrup and honey a lot more than usual. I always find it is a nightmare to get the whole spoonful off without a huge mess. For recipes, it is important to measure things and so you can’t always just squirt away.

This simple tip is that if you dip your spoon in hot water for a few seconds, the honey or syrup will drop off in one go!
